Let me tell you about my coachee Yasmin. Coaching for nonprofit leaders and leadership coaching to create social change played a pivotal role in her transformation.


Yasmin is the director of a small environmental non-profit working on grassroots climate action in Sweden. Despite her organisation’s growing success, she often felt like a fraud, questioning whether she was truly qualified to lead. This self-doubt led her to second-guess her decisions and avoid speaking opportunities, fearing she might not measure up to her peers.


Through coaching, Yasmin began to unpack the origins of her imposter syndrome. As her coach I helped her recognise the achievements she had minimised and guided her in reframing her inner dialogue.
